I was in a gastronomic fair in Málaga, looking for quality products made in that province, with something really attractive and a surprising flavour.
In that fair my best surprise was tried Amaltis; a whisky cream made with goat milk from Málaga.
We serve it with Honduran coffee ices, therefore, as you drink it the flavour coffee notes arises.
In glass or as a shot, in the afternoon or at night, there is always a way to drink it.
