  • Tasting Notes Tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus, and liquor.
  • Altitude 2,100 – 2,200 masl.
  • Process: Natural Anaerobic.
  • Interest: Innovation in experimental processes led by Negusse Debela in Yirgacheffe.

Shantawene — Ethiopia

  • Roaster: Kima Coffee.
  • Tasting Notes Dark chocolate, peach, orange, and violet.
  • Altitude 2,100 – 2,200 masl.
  • Process: Washed.
  • Social: Training and quality premiums for over 1,500 farming families.

Lenca (Decaf) — Honduras

  • Roaster: Kima Coffee.
  • Tasting Notes Chocolate, biscuit, hazelnut, mint, and citrus.
  • Altitude 1,400 masl.
  • Process: Swiss Water (100% chemical-free).
  • Interest: Coffee from the RAOS cooperative, leaders in organic farming and gender equality in Marcala.
